A range of mountains extends more than 60 square kilometers from the northeastern side of Hail city, with a length of about 85 kilometers and a width of 35 kilometers. The highest peak stands at 1544 meters above sea level. Aja mountain range contains many villages and tourist places, perhaps the most famous of which are Uqdah, Tuwarin, Jaw, Mushar, and ArRadfayn.
